He was hired to move the kitchen but ended up doing most of the refurbishment including kitchen refurbishment, bathroom refurbishment, skimming, painting and flooring.He gave great advice and helped with buying and transporting some building materials. “Highly recommend. Fitted a shower cubicle, shower system and re tiled a tenants bathroom. Stephen liased with the tenant and arranged a suitable time for the work to commence which any landlord will know is a massive bonus when employing a tradesman. I simply gave Stephen the go ahead and he dealt with everything else.
